Headband with woven logo label / Headbands woven motif patch

With this technique, your logo is first woven into a label, a type of patch, then fixed onto the headband and, if necessary, surrounded with an embroidered frame. This technique also allows you to create very delicate logos that cannot be used with the embroidery technique on the flexible sweatband material.

In addition to the embroidery technique, we offer other finishing techniques with which we can put your logo on the headband:

Classic finishing. Embroidery is the cheapest option for quantities up to 2,500 pieces.
However, it cannot be used for logos that are too delicate or fonts that are too small.

Innovative logo technology in which a soft foam label with a relief-like structure and real heights and depths is created and then fixed tear-resistant to the headband. With this technology, the most delicate logos and smallest fonts can be implemented 1:1. Even color gradients can be displayed here. The nature of the label creates a visible and tangible 3D effect.

Similar to the woven label, a patch is first produced. However, instead of weaving the logo in, it is printed on. This enables a clean implementation of even more delicate, detailed logo templates, smaller fonts and color gradients.

The standard size of our headbands for teenagers and adults is 21 x 5 cm.
Of course, we can also produce in smaller dimensions for children – or completely according to your specifications.

Our classic headbands are always ordered by our customers in super terry cloth. Alternatively, we can also use jacquard in production. Both materials consist of a high cotton content (80%) and are highly elastic. This means they fit almost all heads, whether man or woman, old or young.

• 80% Cotton / 20% Elastane

The thickness of the material is slightly flatter than terry cloth. The advantage of this variant: logos or lettering can be woven directly into the headband material.

• 80% Polyester / 20% Elastane

Functional headbands made from this light and extremely elastic material are super light, very comfortable to wear and extremely flexible to use. They can be worn in both summer and winter for many different sports and outdoor activities. Breathable, moisture-wicking and quick-drying. They can also be printed on the entire surface and on both sides, even photorealistically.

Of course, you also have a free choice when it comes to packaging. The headbands are generally stretched onto cardboard and delivered in poly packaging. The most common variants are:
