The wrist warmer variant presented here is a real all-rounder in the standard size 7×8 cm. Large enough to offer enough space for your company print or logo and to actually use it to wipe off sweat when exercising. Small enough to have it produced cheaply and not to be too obtrusive. The terry cloth used consists of a high proportion of cotton (80%), is of very high quality and is therefore very comfortable to wear, very flexible and has high absorbency. Sweatbands made by us are absolutely identical to branded products such as those from Adidas or Nike. Compare them yourself, you won't be able to tell the difference.
For a minimum order quantity of just 100 pieces, we will color your sweatbands precisely according to Pantone. This means you don't have to choose from stock colors that only come close to your house color. With us, you get your wrist warmers in EXACTLY the color you want.

For over 15 years we have been producing sweatbands as promotional items with company logos and individual advertising prints for our B2B customers. With us you can choose between all existing finishing processes. Each logo technique has its own look and feels different. However, all logo techniques look equally very appealing and appear high quality. They are also all very robust and durable. There are only small price differences and virtually no restrictions when it comes to choosing the right finishing. Sometimes, however, a logo template is particularly suitable for a certain finishing technique; in such cases, we are of course happy to give you our recommendation based on our many years of experience. But ultimately it is a question of personal taste, i.e. you decide in what form your motif template should be implemented on your terry cloth wristbands.

3D PowerPrint is our most innovative and creative way of implementing logos on sweatbands. Your design template is first converted into a foam label with real heights and depths, giving it a three-dimensional, very vivid and "alive" appearance.
This is then firmly fixed to the terry cloth wristband using a heat process. The label is highly elastic and can be bent and folded - but cannot be torn off in any way. It also has a pleasantly soft surface, so wiping off sweat with this side of the wristband is not unpleasant.
The biggest advantage, however, is the look combined with the feel. Visually, logo and motif elements are enhanced by the three-dimensional, relief-like shapes and lines and appear more "real". In terms of feel, this is the most interesting logo technique, as you can actually feel the texture of the motif.
Further advantages of this 3D printing:
Even the most delicate motif templates and the smallest fonts can be implemented without compromise. Even color gradients can be displayed and further support the three-dimensional 3D effect of suitable and coordinated design templates. This technology offers you complete design freedom; you can have your sweatband printed however you want, without any restrictions.
By the way: With other sweatband suppliers, you don't get a foam label as a 3D print like we do, but a hard, stiff plastic patch. This is a different technique that feels noticeably worse and looks worse because it is classic plastic. Our 3D PowerPrint, on the other hand, consists of a special material mix; it is a very soft and at the same time very robust foam label. Our label is much more flexible and much more stretchable and bendable. This means that it adheres better and for longer to the terry cloth material of the wristband, which is also very flexible. Our foam label cannot be permanently bent or even broken, unlike a 3D logo made of plastic. Last but not least, our 3D printed label simply feels much better. It has a pleasantly soft surface, blends in better with the surrounding terry cloth - and doesn't leave an unpleasant feeling or even scratches on the skin when you use this side of the sweatband to wipe away sweat. Compare for yourself, you will quickly see and feel the qualitative difference.
To refine the sweatbands with our 3D power printing, a tool is first made based on your logo template. This is archived for you for years. The advantage for you: If you place a repeat order, you do not pay for the creation of the tool again, which means that the unit price is reduced for all subsequent orders.

Embroidering your individual motif into the wristband is the classic finishing option. It is also the cheapest logo technique for quantities of up to 2,500 pieces. The implementation of your desired motif as embroidery looks harmonious, very high quality and is very robust and durable.
The only drawback: If the logo is too delicate or the font is too small, the embroidery technique is not suitable for the very soft and flexible terry cloth material of the wrist warmers. However, you can choose from other logo techniques that you can use to implement any type of logo template.

With this logo technique, your advertising message is first finely woven into a label, a type of patch, then fixed onto the terry cloth wristband and, if necessary, surrounded with an embroidered frame. This finishing variant makes it possible to implement very delicate motif templates that cannot be used with the embroidery technique on the flexible sweat wristband material. A woven logo label looks and feels very high-quality due to its design. Particularly popular and suitable for the implementation of club crests, band logos or other logo emblems.

The design is the same as a woven logo label, but your motif template is not woven in, but printed on the label using screen printing or thermal transfer printing. This enables a clean and precise implementation of even more delicate, more detailed logo templates and even smaller fonts that would not be possible with a woven logo label. And it enables the representation of fine color gradients.

All three material variants consist of a very high cotton content (80%) and are highly elastic and flexible.
