THERMAL TRANSFER PRINTING / PRINTING
With this technique, we also print your logo template in great detail - but not on an extra label like the screen-printed label above, but directly on the fabric material of the bracelet. Because the fabric is very flat compared to the rather fluffy terry cloth, this allows direct printing. With thermal transfer printing, not only the smallest fonts and logo elements can be implemented, but even real color gradients. This enables an almost photorealistic depiction of your logo template.

In addition to our ThermoTransfer printing, we offer other finishing techniques with which we can put your logo on the wrist warmers:

EMBROIDERY / EMBROIDERY / EMBROIDERY
Classic finishing. With this technique, we embroider your logo directly into the “Tresor” sweatband. However, it cannot be used for logos that are too delicate or fonts that are too small.

3D POWER PRINTING / 3D POWER PRINTING / PRINTING
Innovative logo technology in which a soft foam label with a relief-like structure and real heights and depths is created and then 100% is fixed tear-resistant to the sweatband. With this technology, the most delicate logos and smallest fonts can be implemented 1:1. Even color gradients can be displayed here.
The texture of the label creates a visible and tangible 3D effect.

WOVEN LABEL / WEAVING
With this technique, your logo is first woven into a label, a type of patch, then fixed onto the "Tresor" sports bracelet and, if necessary, surrounded with an embroidered frame. This technique also allows you to create very delicate logos that cannot be used with the embroidery technique on this very flexible fabric material.

SCREEN PRINTING LABEL / PRINTING
Similar to the woven label, a patch is first produced. However, instead of weaving the logo in, it is printed on. This enables a clean implementation of even more delicate, detailed logo templates, smaller fonts and color gradients.

We offer our flat weave “Tresor” bracelets in three different materials: super terry cloth, flat weave and jacquard.
All three consist of a high cotton content (80%) and are highly elastic.
This means they fit both slim women’s wrists and strong athletes’ wrists.

SUPER TERRY CLOTH
80% Cotton / 12% Spandex / 8 % Nylon
The most common and sportiest variant. Very fluffy, rich super terry cloth with maximum absorption function.

FLAT FABRIC
80% Cotton / 20% Elastane
Flat and close-fitting at the wrist, making it more discreet than the terry cloth version. Can therefore also be worn outside of sports. Most frequently chosen for our "Tresor" sweatbands with zipper and pocket.

JACQUARD 80% Cotton / 20% Elastane
In terms of the thickness of the material, jacquard is exactly between terry cloth and fabric.
Advantage of this variant: Logos or lettering can be woven directly into the sweatband material.

POLYESTER
Not with us ;)

Of course, you also have a free choice when it comes to the type of packaging.
As standard, the “Tresor” sweatbands are made of flat fabric, stretched onto cardboard and delivered individually in a clear polybag.
