Tube scarves are usually made of microfiber (polyester). This tried and tested material shows its strengths, breathability, flexibility and moisture regulation, especially during outdoor sports activities.
Multifunctional scarves made of microfiber help to protect the body from wind and sunlight. At the same time, they allow enough air to pass through and transport moisture away from the body to the outside. This prevents you from getting cold.
As a manufacturer of loop scarves as advertising material, we offer different grammages (corresponds to the thickness of the headscarf); depending on the area of application and print template, one or the other material thickness is more suitable.
For colder temperatures We also offer multifunctional sports scarves in a double-layered version. Either made of two layers of microfiber or one layer of microfiber on the outside and an inner layer of even warmer fleece (Microfleece or polar fleece).
All materials used and our production facilities are continuously tested and certified. The material used in production meets the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (SHGO 105026 TESTEX), our production facilities meet the strict social and safety guidelines of BSCI.

In general, the microfiber material used is very elastic and adapts flexibly to all shapes and sizes of the wearer's head and neck. The fit is therefore always firm and secure, but still comfortable, with a light feel.

Our standard size for adults and teenagers is 25×49 cm. This dimension has proven to be the ideal compromise between a firm and secure fit on the one hand and a pleasant, comfortable feel on the other.
• Size “Kids”, for children / 23×45 cm:
If you want to give the individually produced scarves to children, we recommend a slightly smaller version of the multi-scarves. Slightly tighter and a little shorter, they fit our little fellows perfectly. But as with the standard version for adults, the fit of the round scarves is always comfortable and never too tight or even oppressive.
• Size “winter tube scarf”, for adults and teenagers / 30×25 cm:
Our winter tube scarves are double-layered and have a layer of thick polar fleece on the inside. Since this neck warmer version is rarely worn over the head, the size here is designed to be worn around the neck and is 25×30 cm.
For children / In children's size:
HAPPY BRANDS also produces multifunctional cloths in children's sizes, specially tailored to children. The most important factor for customization is the size, which is 23×45 cm as standard in the kids' version. But other extras can also make a loop cloth a great promotional gift or merchandising item especially for children.
As can be seen in the production sample on the right, for example, the tube scarf has been equipped with a reflective strip to ensure that the children wearing it are visible in the dark. You can also see a double-layered version made of 2 layers of microfiber, which makes the loops a little warmer than conventional functional scarves made of one layer of microfiber, which are more intended for sporting activities.

In today's Corona situation, tube scarves can also be worn and used as face masks. Due to their material, they represent an alternative to classic mouth and nose protection masks. Loop scarves as face masks can be washed at 60° and are therefore sustainable, ecological alternatives to disposable masks. Another advantage is the firm fit of the neck tube, especially during outdoor sports activities, they have an advantage in terms of wearing properties compared to fabric masks and community masks.
But important: The filter performance is not as high as with surgical masks or even FFP2 masks!

In this version, the multifunctional scarf consists of a layer of microfiber, but an additional fleece part is sewn onto it.
