We can add your customer logo, slogan or advertising message to the promotional beanie hat in a variety of ways. You can choose from the following finishing techniques:

We can embroider your logo directly into the beanie or weave it in as a jacquard pattern, we can print your motif directly onto the hat (screen printing or sublimation printing / gravure printing into the material), sew on a woven logo label or web label, stick on a rubber badge or add a three-dimensional logo embossing.

Of course, a combination of the available finishing techniques is also possible if you want to include several logos or motifs on your caps / hoods.

There are several different shapes of beanies and hats. You can give us your ideas as a template or use existing models. We will be happy to advise you.

The most common, “normal” hats are about 20×20 cm in size. If you want a little more excess fabric at the back and thus a casual, oversized “slouch” look, we lengthen the beanies
to approx. 30×20 cm.
The size is "one size fits all", which means that our hats fit all heads. Whether man or woman, child or adult. The material used is elastic and adapts to the shape and size of the head when worn.

You can also tell us whether we should provide the hoods with a fold-over edge, a visor or pompom, or a fleece headband sewn inside.

In addition to these classic models, we now also produce functional beanies that are more geared towards sports, such as our lightweight running beanies made of Lycra®-like material and the something thicker, double-layered winter sports hats made of micro fleeceThese are made from functional material (elastane or microfiber / micro fleece). The advantages over hats made from cotton, polyacrylic and wool are a tighter and firmer fit, greater breathability and better moisture regulation. All of these properties make our functional hats the perfect accessories for all types of sporting activities. These models can also be printed over the entire surface using all-over printing / sublimation printing and are significantly cheaper to produce than normal hat models made from traditional material compositions.

You can choose the material according to your taste or available budget. The most common and most frequently used material in the production of beanies is polyacrylic. It is also the cheapest option. Alternatively, you can choose microfleece, 100% real cotton or a blended fabric such as 60% cotton/40% acrylic.

New in our promotional hat range are our sports-oriented functional hats made of elastane (Running caps made of Lycra®-like material) and double-layered microfiber / micro-fleece (Winter sports hats made of micro fleece). These have useful advantages for sporting use compared to traditionally used cotton, polyacrylic or wool. These functional materials are lighter, thinner, have a very high level of breathability, better moisture regulation and therefore dry faster. They also sit more firmly and snugly on the head, so that they do not slip or fall off even during the most intense movements during sport. Without compromising on wearing comfort, as both elastane and microfiber / micro fleece are very elastic and adapt perfectly to any head shape and size. Our functional hats are also significantly cheaper to produce than normal caps and hoods, making them promotional gifts with an even better price-performance ratio.
