The gel cushion hand warmers are practical companions for cold days. By bending a metal plate in the gel liquid, crystallization begins, this process ensures immediate heat development. After activation, the hand warmers, also known as heat packs, give off pleasant warmth of around 50° Celsius for around 15 minutes. These heat cushions are a sustainable promotional gift because they can be reused up to 1,000 times. To do this, you simply have to place the gel cushions in very hot water for around 10 minutes. This returns the hand warmers to their original state.

The existing and popular standard shapes are rectangular, square, round, oval or heart-shaped. All of them offer plenty of space for your advertising message. It is also possible to transform pure gel heat pads into small, miniature hot water bottles. We also give the heat pads nostalgic-looking knitted socks with a coarsely woven jacquard motif in a retro look.
The heat packs are packaged individually in a polybag as standard. However, we also offer other packaging options for the hand warmers, for example in printed cardboard boxes or in high-quality gift boxes.
The hand warmers are very inexpensive and very compact promotional gifts and are therefore ideal for use in mailings, as small merchandising products or as give-away items at winter sports events or other large events. As a producer and manufacturer, we build your hand warmers entirely according to your ideas. This includes both the shape itself and the size and width of these promotional items. Popular dimensions are such that they fit well in hands, i.e. approx. 10*8 cm or similar.
We naturally adapt the size of the optionally available overshoes or knitted socks to the shape and dimensions of the corresponding heat pads.
